For me, it’s all about the flexible hours. I have three grandkids at home right now and while I’m playing with them all through the day, I’m working too during the early morning hours when they are fast asleep. I’m 57 and all I can see is that I’m useful throughout the day. The first four hours are for my customers who need my help and the rest of the hours for my grandkids who are here for a short time during the Christmas holidays.
